Real Estate Investment Criteria

Target markets include: Southern California, Arizona, Nevada

Desirable zip code within these states.
Property size should be at least 50 apartment homes.
Garden style, low-rise communities.
Properties should ideally be less than 25 years old, although significant renovation projects are well within our teams' skill-set.
