Don Renfro
Don Renfrois a Principal of Beacon Pointe Properties and the President of DNM Solutions, Inc. Don has over 20 years of real estate experience both as a licensed broker and a residential and commercial appraiser.
In 2004, Corky McMillin founded McMillin Capital and Don was asked to join the firm as Executive Vice President. His main responsibility was raising capital. His key clientele were high net worth individuals, institutions and foreign investors. He led the team that was responsible for raising close to $100 million in equity for 5 separate funds that were invested in more than eleven development projects. These projects included land development, land entitlement, and residential homebuilding.
Prior to McMillin Capital, Don was Senior Vice President of Real Estate Finance for The Corky McMillin Companies. He was responsible for the appraisal review and real estate analysis for all five company divisions. In addition, he managed the market data and appraisal departments.
Don graduated with honors from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He has served on the Young Advisory Council of The Appraisal Institute and is a member of IREM.
Don Walker
is a Principal of Beacon Pointe Properties and the President of a nationally recognized Real Estate Consulting company. The company has over 30 professionals that focus on the residential real estate markets throughout the United States. 
Previously, Don spent 12 years at the Corky McMillin Companies. His first position was as the company’s Director of Finance where he was a key leader in the strategic planning, acquisitions, and financial management for the home building, land development commercial lines of business. He was then promoted to 1st Senior Vice President and General Manager responsible for the operations of all five homebuilding divisions of the Corky McMillin Companies - a 2,000 unit/year home builder.
Previous to working with McMillin, Don was a Manager in KPMG Peat Marwick’s National Real Estate Consulting Group where he learned the art and science of evaluating real estate projects and markets for all major land uses. Don has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Real Estate from San Diego State University and is a member of San Diego State's Real Estate Advisory Board.
